Diagnostica AS, represented by the general manager, is the data controller for the company’s processing of personal data. It is voluntary for those visiting the website to provide personal data in connection with services on www.spirare.com. The legal basis for processing is the individual's consent, unless otherwise specified.

Operation & maintenance of the website

Catch Media AS is Diagnostica AS’s data processor and our provider for development and maintenance of the website.

Information collected in connection with the operation of the website is stored on dedicated servers operated in Norway by the provider SYSE AS. Only Diagnostica AS, Catch Media, and SYSE have access to the collected data. A separate data processing agreement between Diagnostica AS and Catch Media AS regulates what information the provider has access to and how it is to be handled.

Web analytics & cookies

Google Analytics

As part of our work to create a user-friendly website, we analyze the usage patterns of visitors. To analyze this information, we use the analytics tool Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files stored on the user's computer), which register users' IP addresses and provide information about each user’s online movements. Examples of what the statistics tell us include how many people visit different pages, how long visits last, which websites users come from, and which browsers are used. None of the cookies allow us to link information about your use of the website to you as an individual.

The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google's servers in the USA. The received information is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

An IP address is considered personal data because it can be traced back to specific hardware and thereby to an individual. Diagnostica AS uses Google Analytics' tracking code that anonymizes the IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Therefore, the stored IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

Google Tag Manager

We continuously work to improve the user experience on our websites by customizing and offering targeted content. To do this, we use Google Tag Manager.

GTM is a small code that helps us track user behavior on our websites, and this information is transferred anonymously into our Google Analytics account.

Page and service functionality

Cookies are used in the operation and presentation of data from websites. Such cookies may contain information about the language code selected by the user. They may also contain information that supports system load balancing to ensure the best possible experience for all users. For services requiring login or search functionality, cookies may be used to ensure that data is presented to the correct recipient.

Everyone who asks has the right to basic information about how a business processes personal data. In this statement, we describe what information we collect and how it is used. If you are registered in one of Diagnostica AS’s systems, you have the right to access your own personal data. You may also request correction or deletion of incomplete or incorrect information. Your request will be processed free of charge and no later than 30 days. All inquiries regarding access to personal data can be directed to post@spirare.com.
